  • How long does each session last?

All sessions are 60 minutes long.

  • Will I get treated during my first session?

Yes, during your first session at Alpine Physical Therapy and Fitness, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation conducted by one of our experienced physical therapists. While the initial session may focus more on assessment and goal-setting, you can expect to receive some form of treatment, which could include manual therapy techniques and guidance on initial exercises. Subsequent sessions will include more focused hands-on treatment based on your personalized treatment plan developed during the first session.

  • How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions required varies based on your specific condition, goals, and progress. After your initial evaluation, your physical therapist will provide you with an estimated treatment plan duration. Most patients will be seen at least 1-2 times a week while treatment is ongoing. Keep in mind that individual responses to therapy can differ, and your therapist will continuously reassess and adjust your treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Our goal is for you to leave not only in improved condition, but also armed with the tools and insights needed to prevent future injuries!

  • How is Alpine Physical Therapy & Fitness different from other therapies?

We are unique in that we offer 1-on-1 sessions for 60 minutes. Our patients are never passed on to an aide or an assistant. This ensures that patients always receive skilled care while developing a strong rapport with their physical therapist (PT). We also believe in promoting health and wellness beyond just physical impairments and have skilled personal training (PFT) to help patients continue their fitness journey to complement the gains they have made in physical therapy. This PT-PFT relationship is ideal for those looking to transition back to a sport or activity that they love at the highest level. It is also the most effective way to transition from chronic pain and dysfunction to a lifetime of health, strength and well-being.
