About Alpine Physical Therapy

All the physical therapists at Alpine Physical Therapy and Fitness have achieved the highest level of clinical & academic excellence and are Doctors of Physical Therapy. We use an evidence-based and multimodal approach to address your impairments. This may include any combination of interventions, including: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional movements, injury prevention, and/or modalities tailored for each visit coupled with state-of-the-art equipment for an optimal path to recovery.

Additionally we recognize that Physical Therapy is as much an art as it is a science. We treat every patient as an individual. Our clinical expertise allows us to blend these together to provide you the most comprehensive and effective treatment possible.

We understand that your time is valuable and want to make the most of it when you are in our care, which is why all our sessions are one-on-one with your Physical Therapist. The patient is never passed on to aid or assistant. We always make sure there is time for all your concerns to be heard so that each treatment can be individually tailored to your specific needs.

Ultimately this approach will allow you to reach your goals sooner, whether it’s returning to the sport you love, playing with the grandkids, or waking up without pain.
