Justin de Luna

BS, SFMA, PPSC

Justin is a Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience in both the fitness and physical therapy industries. He is grateful for the mentorship he received from licensed physical therapists in Portola Valley, which helped him develop his perceptive eye for human movement and safe, result-oriented training style.

Justin believes that everyone should have an individualized training program that is specific to their movement capabilities, injury history, and fitness goals. To this end, he conducts a movement diagnostic during each client's initial evaluation. This helps him to understand how each individual currently moves and identify any muscular imbalances. With this information, he can create a foundation of optimal movements and exercises for each client.

Justin is passionate about helping people understand their own movement patterns and how to manage or eliminate abnormalities. He believes that when people move poorly, exercising more often is not the answer. Instead, he focuses on helping clients unlock tangible movement patterns that will help them reach their health and fitness goals.

In his free time, Justin enjoys playing all sports, but his current favorites are pickleball, golf, and tennis. He and his wife Isabelle love to spend their weekends outdoors with their 7-year-old English bulldog and 2-year-old Pembroke Welsh corgi.
