Audrey Mees

MS, CFHC, CNS Candidate

Audrey is a functional nutritionist whose virtual practice, Ease Functional Nutrition and Wellness, supports adults navigating gut health, hormones, blood sugar, energy, and the complex layers of managing multiple medications, supplements, and lab work.

After years of being told her symptoms were "normal" and her labs looked fine, Audrey began investigating her own health more deeply and uncovered root-cause factors that had been overlooked. That experience, along with watching her grandparents get repeatedly dismissed by their doctors, shaped her mission to serve clients who feel unseen by the traditional healthcare system, with a special focus on adults 45 and older.

Audrey's approach is detail-oriented and deeply individualized. She takes a full look at each client's story, labs, medications, supplements, and lifestyle, then works with them to tackle one thing at a time in a way that fits their life. She often serves as a second set of eyes on her clients' medical records and communications with providers, making sure nothing gets missed.

Audrey holds a Bachelor's in Allied Health Science from Saint Mary's College of California and a dual Master's in Holistic Nutrition and Health & Wellness from the American College of Healthcare Sciences. She is completing her supervised clinical hours toward the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential, which upon board certification will authorize her to provide medical nutrition therapy.

Outside of her practice, Audrey enjoys neighborhood walks, machine embroidery, and spending time with loved ones.
